This workplace inclusion initiative aims to cultivate a SEN-friendly culture in Hong Kong's hospitality, and food & beverage sectors. It offers online and in-person training, seminars, and self-learning resources to local corporations, empowering them to participate in our flagship programme, "Building Bridges: Creating Inclusive Workplaces for SEN Youth”.  The “Building Bridges” Programme consists of two key components: (i) a 16-hour training course for the management & function heads, and (ii) a 59-day work-experience programme for trained SEN youth at the corporation, subject to successful matching and selection process. 

 

Customized training and support services prepare corporate participants for successful work-experience placement, while our professional work-experience matching differentiates this project. What sets our project apart is our customized training, seminars, and professional work experience placement matching and support services, ensuring a seamless transition for SEN youth into the workforce.

Building Bridges: Creating Inclusive Workplaces
Executive Certificate Course

This training program is designed to equip hotel executives with the skills and knowledge necessary to foster an inclusive work environment. It focuses on enhancing their understanding of the unique challenges and strengths of employees with special educational needs (SEN). Through workshops and interactive sessions, executives will learn best practices for integrating SEN individuals into their teams, promoting diversity, and creating a supportive atmosphere that maximizes productivity and engagement.
